WELCOME TO ARTS AND SCIENCES AT AWW 2026

Arts and Sciences at An Tir West War are open to everyone.  We plan to celebrate and share enthusiasm and joy for the arts with the entire populace so we’ll need your help because A&S depends on volunteer teachers, hosts, and more.  This year the A&S Coordinators for War are the Class Scheduler: Baron Meister Wilhelm Appatheker Vom Schwartzwalt, OL, OP (he/him) and the On Site A&S Coordinator: Baroness Magnifica Christel Leake, OP, OL (she/her). We can be reached via email for the War at: ArtsSciencesWestAnTir@gmail.com

Bardic scheduling will be handled by HL Hayali Ayşa bint Roxanna. Please see the bardic information page for details: Bardic. Bardic classes should use the A&S sign-up form, below.

CLASSES, SALONS, BARDICS, PERFORMANCE SPACES, AND MORE…:

We want you to let us know what classes/salons/bardics/performance spaces, and more you want and what you want to teach/host in the multiple spaces we will have available for A&S at War. We’re dedicating space to bardic arts and performing arts among other things in the evenings.  We need teachers, students, hosts, and participants.  We want to host classes, displays, competitions, socials, and salons which means we’ll need help. We’d like to have several longer periods for salons and will need volunteers to be Salon hosts and attendants.  Salons we would like to host include Fiber Arts, Needlework, Household Arts and Sciences, Scribal Arts, Loud/Sharp/Messy Arts and Sciences, Family Bardic, Adult Bardic, Middle Eastern Hafla, Armor and Armor Repair, and more.

*Note on Youth at A&S: We’d love to host some youth A&S classes if we can get background checked volunteers to confirm in advance.  Additionally it is imperative that all youth at A&S be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please fill out the following forms to request what you want to learn/do, or to submit a class or hosting opportunity for a salon, display, and more:

SUBMISSIONS: Please submit by our deadline of June 7, 2026. Late submissions will be considered only once initial submissions have been scheduled.  If we are gifted with more teachers than spaces we can add folx to a waitlist.  Please fill out forms here:
